Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Systems
High-efficiency solids, FOG, BOD, COD, and VOC removal via advanced micro-bubble flotation
technology

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Overview
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems clarify industrial and municipal water streams by releasing micro-bubbles that attach to suspended solids and contaminants, lifting them to the surface for easy removal. This method produces high-quality effluent while maintaining a compact footprint and enabling faster startup than traditional sedimentation processes.
DAF technology is ideal for streams containing fine particulates, oils, greases, or high organic loads. It delivers reliable, high-performance results across diverse sectors, including food and beverage, pulp and paper, mining, petrochemical, agricultural, and municipal wastewater treatment.
Technical Highlights
- Micro-bubble diameter: 10–80 μm
- Typical hydraulic retention time: 3–30 minutes
- Sludge concentration: 2–4% solids (variable by application)
- Rise rate: up to 8× faster than conventional clarifiers
Key Features
Clarified effluent is pressurised to form micro-bubbles that lift flocculated solids for efficient surface removal and superior clarification.
- Optimised Bubble Size
- Rapid Sludge Removal
- Enhanced Chemical Dosing
- High Rise Rates
