Flocculant Plants
Efficient aggregation of colloidal particles using advanced polymer dosing for high-rate solid-liquid
separation

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Overview
Cube Consolidating Flocculant Plants accelerate the aggregation of destabilized particles into larger flocs for efficient removal through clarification, thickening, or filtration. Unlike precipitation, flocculation targets suspended—not dissolved—solids.
Optimised coagulant and flocculant dosing improves settling rates and downstream separation in industries such as mining, water treatment, food & beverage, and chemicals. Customised equipment—like hopper feeders, jet mixers, and screw feeders—ensures accurate dosing and a homogeneous solution, delivering optimal floc formation before clarifiers or thickeners.
