Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
High-precision dissolved-solids removal via semi-permeable membranes for industrial and potable water purification

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Overview
Cube Consolidating Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems employ semi-permeable membranes to remove dissolved solids, salts, organic compounds, and microorganisms from water. By applying pressure greater than the feed solution’s osmotic pressure, the system drives clean permeate through the membrane while leaving contaminants in the reject stream.
This advanced filtration process delivers consistently high water purity for a wide range of uses, including potable water production, industrial operations, and process water reuse, ensuring reliable performance and quality across demanding environments.
Technical Highlights
- Operating Pressure: 2–17 bar for brackish applications; up to 82 bar for seawater desalination
- Recovery Rate: 75–90%, balanced for fouling avoidance and water reuse
- Membrane Rejection: >95% for standard TDS removal; can remove smaller organics, bacteria, and viruses
- Energy Usage: 2.3–5.5 kWh/m³ depending on feed salinity and recovery configuration
Key Features
Feedwater is pressurised to overcome osmotic pressure, forcing pure permeate through ultra-fine membranes while controlling factors that affect flow and salt rejection.
- High Operating Pressures
- Ultra-Fine Membranes
- Temperature Sensitivity
- Scaling Control
